We are open for pre-arranged store visits limited to four people, adhering to social distancing guidelines.  To avoid waiting times, please let us know in advance if and when you would like to visit and we will make sure that time is available for you.   Visitors are welcome to use the hand sanitizers placed at the entrance on arrival and exit.

To enhance your shopping experience, we have created a link called "In the Chiswick Store" which lists items on display and immediately available for fast local delivery.  Passers by may also view these products from our shop window which is refreshed and updated weekly.

Online and Telephone Orders

Customers are encouraged to view our full range of products online and to place orders on our website or over the phone. 

Some items may require a few more days than usual to get delivery to you depending on the product item and your postcode.  Please contact us for the latest update on delivery times and stock availability.  If you require an item urgently, please get in touch to see what we can arrange for you.

Bespoke and made-to-order items are operating as normal in our UK workshops, so please do email us with your requirements for us so that we can provide our usual advice and quotations.   

We work closely with all our partners to ensure that all staff and delivery channels can operate and deliver in a safe manner in line with Public Health England regulations. 

Delivery Protocols

We have a one-driver policy and larger and more fragile items are pre-booked in advance with you.  Goods will be left outside or in a designated safe place of your choice and the driver will call you to confirm he has done this from the safety of his vehicle.  At all times, drivers will be maintaining strict social distancing and sanitizing procedures according to Public Health England and government guidelines so please do not ask them to place items inside your homes.

Opening hours

We are open 24/7 online, and our Chiswick store is open every day 10.30am to 6.30pm and 11am to 5pm on Sundays and bank holidays. 

We are open for business to answer your calls 7 days a week and provide our free personalized interior advice, product sourcing and interior inspiration where ever you are.   Do feel free to send in images of your homes and your design dilemmas and we will gladly work with you to help solve them. 

Whether by phone, email or via one of many video apps, we'll gladly work with what you are most comfortable with, from wherever you are in the world.
